The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately, including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Schedule:
- Sunday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM & Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2-4+ years working in a Law firm.
- 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
- Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
Total Compensation Package:
- $24-$28 per hour ($50K-$60K per year) + Bonus
