We are looking for dynamic Medical Records Specialists who understand the importance of client service, the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and have the desire to shepherd our clients through this process.

The job will generally entail ordering medical records, billing records, and related duties. Further, the job will entail performing detailed reviews of all records in order to accurately document all records for injury related information, billing information, and related items. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Overall organization and attention to detail are critical to this position and candidates with these skill sets will be considered for the position even without prior law firm/adjuster experience. Candidates will be a part of a fast-paced "team" environment working with the firm's paralegals and lawyers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to independently manage medical records in personal injury cases.
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, collaborative, and ready to bring the ROAR to Thompson Law – the Lion Law Firm – clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of personal injury law firm, insurance adjuster, or medical record requesting experience and Spanish speaking.
