The Role: As a Legal Assistant specializing in case intake, you'll play a pivotal role in securing justice for our clients. Your primary task will be to identify sources of recovery, such as insurance policies, that could compensate our clients for their injuries. In addition, you'll also serve as part of our client "welcome wagon", gathering critical case information, and contributing to a positive client experience from the start.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to locate sources of recovery for our clients.
- Assist in the protection of our clients against predatory insurance practices.
- Gather factual and claim-related information to assist in case organization.
- Maintain the case's electronic files, ensuring client files are complete.
- Input client-related information into our system.
- Dispatch initial letters related to the case.
- 2+ years of law firm experience preferred (personal injury experience a plus).
- Proficiency in administrative and computer skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrable ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus, but not a requirement.
