We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter who is passionate about finding top talent and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
Thompson Law, located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, is seeking a Recruiter who will partner in the full life cycle of the recruiting process with our current recruiting team and hiring managers to identify targeted candidates to meet their hiring needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner in the full life-cycle recruitment process with recruiting and hiring manager team.
Collaborate with HR Director and hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process.
Proactive sourcing, including leveraging LinkedIn, professional associations, social media, and direct candidate engagement to attract talent.
Operate with a high level of accountability, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities timely and effectively.
Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of related recruiting experience in a high-volume environment; Manufacturing and agency experience welcomed.
- Legal industry knowledge or previously worked as a recruiter in a personal injury law firm preferred.
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with Senior Management, peers, and others at the Firm
- Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), social media, and applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required.
