We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.
 

The Job:

  • Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
  • Specialized: You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
  • Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates.
  • Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
  • Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates.

What we seek from you:

  • Experience in recruiting within a legal setting is a MUST.
  • High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations.
  • Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders.
  • Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.
  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a direct-hire recruiter.
  • 2+ years recruiting in a legal environment.
  • Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required.

Total Compensation Package:

  • Salary plus annual bonus ~ Depending on experience
